MANAGER’S ASSISTANT
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER’S ASSISTANT TO REPRESENT US ON SITE. THE DUTIES ARE LIGHT AND COMPENSATION IS A RENT REDUCTION ON A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT.
First of all, you will need to live in the 2BR apartment designated for the Manager’s Assistant. That means you will need to qualify first as a tenant.
SCREENING CRITERIA:

THE APARTMENT:
-- First floor, 760 square feet, next door to the office
-- Generous sized patio, opening out to the courtyard
-- Full service kitchen, with convenient pass-through window
-- Good closet space plus a large utility room

-- 48 apartments in three buildings
-- Huge courtyard with trees, shrubs, plantings and dramatic fountain
-- Every apartment has a sweeping view of the courtyard
-- Laundry facilities in each building
-- Free assigned parking
-- Cats and small dogs (under 25 pounds) are welcome

MANAGER’S ASSISTANT DUTIES:
-- Act as a liaison to management for the tenants and neighborhood
-- Keep managers informed of work orders and/or activities on site
-- Contact prospects and show vacancies by appointment
-- Keep grounds and laundry rooms clean
COMPENSATION IS $300 RENT REDUCTION ON $710 TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT |
